Shipping & Handling Information: Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to ship. For this reason, we have added processing time notes to the product descriptions for those items. For example: "This personalized item may take up to 5-7 business days to ship." In such cases, shipping and handling charges will be billed with the original order and sent under separate cover.



Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Most of our products are intended for a one time usage and many items are personalized, therefore, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final.

Should you receive a damaged item, please call our Customer Service Department at (781)272-4141 with your invoice number. We will send out a replacement at no charge.

When you receive your replacement shipment, you will find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag). Following instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in your return shipment. All claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of shipment.
